Corrections Policy

We want directory and editorial information to be attributable, current, and easy to challenge when it is wrong.

How to report an error

Use our contact form and include the page URL, the disputed statement or field, the correct information, and a supporting source such as an official clinic page, licensing-board record, medical guideline, or primary study.

Directory corrections

We evaluate requests involving clinic names, addresses, phone numbers, websites, service descriptions, closures, duplicate records, and relevance to testosterone therapy. A record may be updated, merged, excluded from browse pages, marked noindex, or removed when the evidence supports that action.

Editorial corrections

Material errors involving clinical meaning, safety, price, coverage, or a source's conclusion are corrected promptly after verification. A material correction should be acknowledged on the article. Minor spelling, grammar, or formatting fixes may be made without a correction note when they do not change meaning.

Independence

Clinic owners may correct factual information, but they cannot pay to suppress accurate editorial information, obtain a medical-review label, or change our publication criteria. Sponsored status is handled separately from corrections.

Response

We aim to acknowledge complete correction requests within five business days. Complex medical or identity disputes can take longer while sources are checked.
