Fort Greely Army Medical Home (Military Health Clinic)

Fort Greely Army Medical Home (Military Treatment Facility Health Clinic) provides non-emergency, outpatient medical services to Tricare Prime beneficiaries, including Regular Army (Active Duty) and their dependents, military retirees and their dependents (up to age 65), and Army Reserve and Army National Guard Soldiers (only if on Active Guard Reserve or mobilized status) and their dependents. All beneficiaries must have a Primary Care Manager (PCM) located at the Fort Greely Army Medical Home. Tricare Select and Veterans Affairs (VA) patients can be seen on a Space-A (space available) basis for same-day acute care only if appointments are available (no managed or long-term care).
